Utah Water Saver's Landscape Incentive Program offers up to $3 per square foot of lawn you replace with water-efficient landscaping. Landscaping project options include park strip, side yard, and full yard conversions. Commercial projects, irrigation retrofit, and tree-planting incentives are also available in certain areas.
Our Simple 4-Step Process
✅ Step 1: Pre-Qualify for Our Rebate Assistance (Takes 3-5 Minutes)
Fill out our form below to confirm your city participates in the rebate program and ensure your project meets the basic eligibility requirements. Once you’re approved, we handle the rest!
✅ Step 2: Lawn Inspection & Approval
Natural By Design will manage your application, including coordinating with Utah Water Savers to schedule a pre-project inspection. We'll assist you in gathering necessary documents, such as your water bill, to ensure a smooth application process.
✅ Step 3: We Design & Install Your New Xeriscape
Once approved, we’ll create a rebate-approved design, install your new landscape, and ensure it meets all program requirements.
✅ Step 4: Final Inspection & Rebate Payment (6 Weeks to Receive Rebate)
After installation, Utah Water Savers will conduct a final inspection. Once approved, you’ll receive your rebate check within approximately 6 weeks!
